The Confirm Schools feature is an optional feature only available to meet hosts that are Site Supporters.  If they choose to use the feature, the meanings are as follows:

If your status is 'Unconfirmed' then you will want to confirm that the host is using Athletic.net to collect entries.  If they are, then you are done after registering your athletes.  There is no 'submit' or 'send' button.  As soon as you have registered an athlete, the host team has access to that entry.

If the host team is not using Athletic.net, then you'll want to print and fax (or email) the entries using one of the reports in the blue box at the top of the registration page.  The host will not get your entries automatically.  You could, however, recommend that they do use the site for free entry collection, saving themselves hours of data entry time.
