Uploading Hytek Results to Athletic.net
Edit
How to upload results from Hytek Meet Manager to Athletic.net
If your school is the meet host, and you used Hytek, you are able to upload results for all attending schools to the site at once. At this time we do not support any other uploads than Hytek. We are hoping to add support for additional upload formats soon.
Make sure that the Divisions in Hytek match what the site expects (V = 1, JV = 2, FS = 3).
Export the results from Hytek following this
procedure
On the Meet Registration page, click on the meet in the Left column.
Click on "Upload HyTek meet results back to the website."
Browse to the file(s) you exported from Hytek.
Be sure to select how the meet was timed (Hand, FAT, or mixed)
Click on Process File(s)
Results will only be uploaded if the visiting schools have:
The meet on their calendar
Athletes on their roster
Otherwise, their results will be skipped. The results can be re-uploaded later to include missing schools if they add the meet to their calendar.
Edit
Problems
Edit
It says some of my schools were skipped, what's wrong?
School not matched, skipping: COR Corona High School
School not matched, skipping: MESC Mescalero High School
Most likely the school codes do not match between Hytek and the site. In Hytek, change the school codes to match what the site has (COR, MESC above). Re-export, and re-upload the results. If you have a list of standardized Hytek codes for your state, send us a feedback with the list and we'll update your states' codes
Edit
All of my results were entered to the site as Varsity, not V & JV
Make sure Hytek was set up with Divisions by Event, and not Standard. Also make sure that the Division list numbers match what the site expects. (V = 1, JV = 2, FS = 3).

How to upload scores to Athletic.net
Once all your events are scored, you can generate and save an HTML copy of the team scores from your meet. If your school is a Site Supporter, you can edit the Meet Welcome Message and paste the scores into that field. The team scores will then show up at the top of the meet results page.
Example
The results export from Hytek does not include team scores.
In Hytek:
Click on Reports -> Scores
Click on Select All (and verify other options)
Click on Create Report
Click on the Export button,
Select HTML v2.3 Standard, Destination Disk File
Click OK to save the HTML file
Browse to find, and then open, the HTML file
Once the HTML file opened, select the relevant text, and press Ctrl+C to copy it
On Athletic.net
On the Meet Management page on Athletic.net, click on "Edit your meets welcome message (public) "
Paste the team scores by clicking the box, and pressing Ctrl-V
Click Save near the top of the page
