How to upload results from Easy Meet Manager II to Athletic.net

I've just learned that Easy Meet may have an upgrade available which will change the results export so it works with the site, making the below directions not necessary. Make sure your version of Easy Meet has all upgrades.

Although Easy Meet format is very similar to Hyteks, your results file will need to modified slightly to upload to the site correctly. For next season we will have a better results uploader so these changes will not need to be made.

Problems:

Even though I hit the radio button to indicate that all times are FAT, they get reported as hand times on the site
Easy Meet II exports the distances for field events in all inches, rather than feet' inches" like hytek does. Because of this, we need to convert from inches to feet'inches"

To convert:

Open the *.txt with Excel to put everything in columns
Then attach an "a" to the end of the track times to indicate they are FAT (if necessary)
For the field events, convert the inches into feet and inches. Make sure there are no spaces in the result (23'5")
Save as a *.csv
Open that with Notepad, doing a Find and Replace to change the commas into semi-colons
Finally, resaving as a *.txt document in Notepad.

For uploading purposes, it seems to take the times just fine, but it hates blank spaces where marks or "NT/NM" should be.

Lastly, upload results to the site from the Meet Management page for that meet.
