If a coach has an account with another school, simply use the feedback form found on each page. Otherwise, click on More Tools > Edit Team Info from the main team page when logged in and then you can either cause sign-ups to appear on the main page or forward the link to the appropriate coach. Note that there is a different link for track and cross country.
