HyTek: Running simultaneous races

Running two races at the same time, such as JV and Varsity, and score them as seperate races.

Athletic.net Setup

• We need ideas on how this should work. Any ideas?

HyTek

• Click: Setup -> Meet-Setup and set Meet Type to -Divisions- By Team
• ToDo: How to setup Divisions
• Click on Schools and set each school to one of the divisions

• In the CC/RR modual, click on each race and click Update
• Back out to the Run screen and click Re-Rank for each race

Uploading Results

• Export and upload the results as normal, ingoring the JV teams that are not matched up. Match these results up to the varsity race.
• Make the upload results live and then remove the upload file.

• Backup the meet in HyTek and remove all varsity teams
• Export and upload the results, this time matching the races up to the JV race divisions, and match up the JV teams with the live teams.
• Make the upload results live.
